Aaron was very informative from the beginning. He gave me all the details about the program upfront there was surprises, or hidden fees. He let me openly find a home that met my husband and I needs and wants without influence and not all realtors do that. He was personable and relatable, just overall very professional and communication was on point which Is HUGE. I would and have already referred my now ex neighbor and god sister to him. Rustin was our realtor for our home purchase late 2020. We originally were put into contact with him when we were looking into a "rent to own" program. When we decided to go the traditional route, he was able to stay with us as our realtor.
